Experience and motivation is more important than the FLAG way of coding on LeetCode problems. I like this way of interviewing, as you can focused on what you have done and you know everything form inside out about the technologies you have used.

Question 1
Asked me a lot questions on the projects I have worked on. The interviews are very friendly and also asked me some questions like how do I solve problems, what are the important things for a technician intern, etc.
