I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Fanatics (Tallahassee, FL) in Apr 2020
Interview
Very open interview. Very conversational, instead of interrogation. Positive employees.
There is no better way for an employer to find out what kind of employee you are like than by asking you about your previous jobs. What you did in relation to the company, how you felt about the company – all of these tell the employer a great deal about what kind of a worker you are like. One of the more interesting ways to ask about previous employers is to find out what you consider to be the best job you have held in the past.

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Fanatics (New York, NY) in July 2025
Interview
I applied online. HR member reached out 2 days later for a video interview. After the interview they told me I’d hear back in an about a week. 2 weeks went by never heard back. Reached out again and was told they’re still in the hiring process of candidates. Never heard back again. Don’t waste your time. They don’t have the decency to said a rejection message.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Fanatics (Jacksonville, FL) in June 2024
Interview
Interview with 2-3 people excluding your initial interview with the recruiter at fanatics. It was straight forward, wanted to know what sort of skills I brought to the job. Position is somewhat entry level so it did not go so deep as most of the work was going to be learned.
