Role was on the Climate team that is dedicated to work on the climate impact to business/mortgage industries, which sounded interesting to me. The recruiter I spoke to sounded completely stressed and disorganized. I was tossed between a couple recruiters, before I got my first round screening scheduled (on a date/time I didn't provide) with the hiring manager. The hiring manager was completely snooty. My interview felt less like a conversation to understand the role and fit, and more like an interrogation of my background. He seemed very suspicious that I wasn't a good fit, which made me question why we both wasted our time on this interview.
