I applied through online for contract role. The process took 3 + weeks. First round is telephonic interview with hr and i was called in for face to face. The interview went for long hour. I got a call from my employer after 3 weeks.
Great experience good interview. Interviewers were polite, The interview process was professional, organized, and respectful. The recruiter and talent acquisition team were clear in coordinating the interview, and the interviewers created a welcoming environment that made the conversation feel comfortable.
The first round interview was conducted by 3 people. The questions were as expected for the position. The questioning and body language just did not feel right to me. It did not work out.
