I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at FareHarbor (Denver, CO) in Sept 2023
Interview
Phone screen with technical lead, live coding interview, take home coding problem followed by discussion of the problem, system design. The interview process was fair, I just wasn't prepared enough for the technical portion unfortunately.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at FareHarbor in June 2025
Interview
Consist of 4 interviews. React Challenge, Python Leetcode, Hiring Manager and System Design (the last 2 were at their office). It took 4 weeks to finish. Even tho I knew by other reviews here in Glassdoor I didn't listen (my fault) this interviews look more meant for screening the talent out there and present findings than actually looking for someone. After all interviews I received emails saying they were happy with me to continue until the very last step (like many people here say) they respond with "we decided to continue with people that matched better" without any specific feedback now I understand this can happen but after hearing this from so many people sounds to me they are not matching actual positions with requirements until the very end and this should be done at the beginning so candidates don't lose their time. The final interview seems very unprofessional with people that start sentences with "we are going to judge you" and people laughing at you because you didn't give them the answer they wanted...plus when they say "interview done with Miro board"... is not is just speaking and white paper drawing. I would recommend not losing time here and look for other there are still opportunities that have same pay and better interview process. Have faith

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at FareHarbor (San Francisco, CA) in Oct 2018
Interview
Was introduced to the opportunity on Hired.com. Had some back and forth emails first, followed by a video interview with live coding, and finally an in person interview with live coding. The in-person interview process took ~4-5 hours, and involved creating solutions for different given problems. There were 2 sets of 2 interviewers with breaks in between.
