The interview process was straightforward and fair. The interviewer asked relevant questions that tested both my experience and problem-solving skills. They were very friendly—almost too much so—which made the tone of the interview a bit casual. Overall, it was a positive experience and a good representation of the company.

First phase,
Email then zoom call,
Then I declined the next stage which was interview with the faculty.
I wanted different hours and schedules.
The process seemed clear and 3 steps.
Lengthy and very long winded. Was offered the position I applied for but the process took so long I entered another position instead. Several rounds of interviewing with weeks in between. Interviewers we friendly and held a similar frustration with the length of the process.
