The process started with an excessive pre-interview assessment stage. This consisted of three separate skills assessments each requiring roughly a 45-minute time investment. After passing the assessment stage, I was scheduled for an interview with the hiring manager via email. When I arrived for the interview I was surprised with a panel interview instead of only having a hiring manager interview as was detailed in my email invite. As someone who is neurodivergent, this surprise was intensely overstimulating. I was not given the grace to mentally prepare for a group setting ahead of time. I highly recommend anyone who is neurodivergent to avoid applying to this company. They do not care
