I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Farmdrop in Mar 2020
Interview
Applied online and invited for Zoom interview shortly afterwards - this was a really good process and the interview questions and the approach the interviewer gave was a fantastic reputation for Farmdrop as a brand and their company ethos and message came across well.
I also shared this passion and felt I performed well. The interviewer said they'd get back within 10 days but unfortunately just left it open ended without any response at all.
This is not only unprofessional but also rude.

Question 1
Can you tell us about a time you've received good customer service
I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Farmdrop (Enfield, England) in May 2020
Interview
The interview was professional. It was also specific in nature to the role of becoming a shift manager and I had to put quite a lot of effort into researching the ins and outs of the role accurately. The meeting was highly structured, taking me through a series of questions which would highlight my skills and behavioural tendencies in job specific situations. The interview lasted for anywhere between 30-60 minutes and was comprehensive in its nature

Question 1
What do you feel the qualities of being a good manager are?
Had to complete whitespace questions followed by a tech test. Unfortunately I didn't progress to an interview however following the tech test, they provided very thorough feedback from the process to help with my job search.
