Interview
I was called to schedule an in-person interview. I went to the interview and talked to two people. I felt comfortable and at ease during the interview. It felt like more of a conversation and less like an interview.

Asked about hobbies which led into a conversation about work/life balance.
Quick easy and very enjoyable. Had a period of waiting before being seen. Asked a few questions, and was shown what the job would intell, and how each thing worked. I was also introduced to all other employees, and asked to take a test.

What makes you feel like you are right for the team?
I applied on indeed so we organized an interview date through there. On the date I came in and was handed a paper application which I filled out. Talked to the manager about the things I filled out on the paper, specifically availability and work experience.
