It was very laid back, immediately on bringing in my application I met with the Store's Manager, he brought me back to his office and asked me a few questions and discussed the Company, and the job description with me, as well as getting to know me for about 45 minutes.

Interview process is pretty straightforward to sit down with the manager and sales manager. They tell you about the company I asked you about your previous sales experience and based on the conversation, I follow a question to see if you’ll be a good fit for the business.
