I applied online. I interviewed at Farmers Restaurant Group
Interview
After applying online, I was contacted very quickly. The interview itself was quite long (about an hour) and the manager read off questions from a packet. Some of the questions seemed a little drawn out and excessive, which the manager herself even noted. However, I felt fine since I came prepared. I was nervous when they told me they would decide on site if they would hire me or not, but was pleased to receive an offer!

Interview
Showed up a little early, but had to wait about fifteen minutes before someone finally came out to interview me. Asked very few questions, they mostly just seemed to be making sure I was a normal and outgoing/friendly person.
