The recruiter contacted me after I applied to a job posting. They asked me to list some times I'm available for an interview. When I did, I never heard back. So, I reached out again a week later and was told that my availability did not work for their hiring staff. I was asked again to supply availability. Yet again, I never heard back. So, I reached out and received the same response. This happened a 3rd time before I began wondering if this is even a real company. I'm leaving this review in hopes that someone contacts me to make this make sense.
If you were never interested in interviewing me, then why reach out? If you don't communicate whether availability works, then how do you hope to interview candidates?
The interviewer said he would send availability for the next interview 'now,' but he never sent what he promised, ignored my follow‑up email, and completely ghosted me. It's very unprofessional.

Meeting with HR team, then the hiring manager, and then a senior person on the team I would be on. Mostly had natural conversations rather than a list of interview questions.
