      Affilaite Marketing Specialist Interview

      19 Dec 2025
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Los Angeles, CA
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Fashionphile (Los Angeles, CA) in Oct 2025

      Interview

I went through several interview stages, including an in-person interview and a take-home project that required a significant time investment. The conversations themselves were positive, but after completing the process, communication stopped and I never received a formal update or rejection. I understand that hiring priorities can change, but providing closure—especially after on-site interviews and project work—would greatly improve the candidate experience and show respect for the time candidates invest.
