I filled out the application... then I was approved because I had already been fingerprinted by the city. there was no process. I'm typing more words because i need to type 30. there i hope it worked.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Fasten (Boston, MA) in Apr 2016
Interview
The interview first involved a phone call, after which I was asked to come into the office for a live interview. I was nervous at first, especially during the phone interview, but the interviewers made me feel comfortable and welcome. The thing that struck me upon my live interview was that they seemed like "real people" and were not putting on any sort of act. I was told on the phone that I would likely be brought in for a live interview, and would likely be given some sort of assignment to demonstrate some skill set, but I never received an assignment as part of the interview. I have heard of other applicants have assignments.

Interview
I applied for the Job and was responded to immediately to set up a phone screen. From there I was invited in to do an in person interview. Once the interview was complete I was contacted very quickly with an answer by the HR manager. The entire process was flawlessly professional.
