Fastenal General Manager interview questions

Very elementary, at a burger king. 30 minutes or so. General questions about your upbringing and education. District manager was final interview. Great company to work for. I was there for 10 plus years

Two interviews to get a job. Very sales focused. Company looking for high achievers who want performance based pay (there is a base pay as well). Questions about previous job experience and how you would hypothetically respond in certain situations.
