he screening round was straightforward and easy. They asked very basic questions about my background, experience, and general availability. No technical or tricky questions came up, and the overall process felt simple and conversational.

Very standard, cookie cutter questions. Literally put into google what is asked on an interview and I swear their template would be the first search returned. 2 interviews before an offer.
