The interview process was standard for the role. There was a video conference screening interview with the HR manager, an in-person meeting with the Head of Design, a take-home exercise (non-paid), then one last interview presenting your work to the Head of Design and one of the founders. The whole process was quite smooth and pleasant, if not, a bit lengthy. The interviewers were respectful and focussed more on having a productive conversation than grilling you with questions, which results in finding the right fit.
