It’s a long winded process and there is no one on one interview. The group interview is very daunting and was about 3.5 hours long! It’s a very forced environment and it did not feel relaxing at all

I applied on their website and was called about a week or two afterwards for an interview which I attended. It was a friendly, informal chat with the manager of the store and the assistant manager in their office.

The questions I was asked were relatively generic, standard retail questions. I believe I only had about 4 questions in total, one of the questions was; what to you is good customer service?

Interview
You bring photos of things you do outside of work to talk about as an ice breaker. There are two interviewers. They ask what you know about Fat Face as a brand, what you will bring to the role, an example of you providing good customer service with a positive outcome and an example of you handling a complaint. It’s quite relaxed.
