Fauji Fertilizer Company interview questions

I am currently preparing for the Fauji Fertilizer Company Management Trainee interview. From my research and seniors’ feedback, the interview process is structured and focuses on basic concepts of chemistry/engineering, communication skills, and personality assessment. The company is highly reputable in Pakistan’s fertilizer industry and offers strong learning opportunities for fresh graduates.

It was simple and the interview panel was quite friendly and there were different sets of questions which they asked me which included both HR and Technical questions and they were very easy and very basic.
