Very quick within 2 days of submitting an application I got an interview. The interview consisted of behavioral questions. They want someone that they can shape to how they want them to understand concepts

Interview
Phone interview was conducted after applying online. Then we exchanged emails to set up a face to face interview at the plant. During the face to face interview, we had a traditional interview at the managers desk and then we toured the plant and asked questions and decided if it was a good fit. Overall it was an easy interview and pretty laid back.
