Since I had several years experience, they sought me out. We had an in-depth phone interview, where the manager basically won me over, and I told them what I wanted as my wage.

There really weren't any. Just questions about management style, being punctual, references, etc.

Interview
Talked to the assistant managers frist, then the center manager. Took a written test as well about some computer jargon. This was back in October of 2004 though.
