Brought in through recruitment at my old company. Had multiple phone interviews with the President and Vice President. Was asked questions regarding account planning, client management, and the like. Pretty typical for a sales job.

Lies about your job duties. They will ask you a question about what you want to do, how you want to do it, and how you think it will benefit them. Then, upon beginning your employment, they will pull the rug out from under you and change everything you thought that you were interviewing for.
