Since I come from a technical background, one of the key questions was why I was interested in a role at Federal Bank rather than pursuing a traditional technical or IT job. I explained my interest in exploring roles that offer a blend of analytical thinking, customer interaction, and business exposure, along with the opportunity to work in a structured and reputable organization like Federal Bank. The panel also asked general HR questions about my background, strengths, and long-term goals to assess my cultural fit and clarity of thought.
