What is your motivation
I recently interviewed for the Customer Service Associate position at Federal Bank, and the process was well-structured and professionally handled. It began with an Online Aptitude Test that assessed my logical reasoning, quantitative skills, and verbal ability, followed by a Group Discussion conducted via Microsoft Teams. The GD focused on my ability to communicate clearly and collaborate within a team setting. After a thorough Document Verification phase, I moved to the Personal Interview with a panel. The conversation was largely behavioral, focusing on my problem-solving skills, my understanding of the bank's digital products, and my willingness to handle customer-centric sales targets.

There are 3 stages to get this role, 1st is a computer based test, 2nd is a Group Discussion and 3rd is Interview. I attended the 1st stage and 3rd stage in Visakhapatnam Gitam Campus and Group Discussion was conducted online. The interview panel has 2 people and it went on for
