The first round of interviewing was a phone screening lasting about 15-20 minutes. The in-house recruiter gave some background on how the Federal Reserve works and some general information about the position. The second round was a Zoom call with members of the team. It was technical in nature. Some of the questions covered Ansible. I felt a majority of the questions were irrelevant to the duties of the position and were the stereotypical logic puzzle questions.
