slow but good interview process. there were 2 rounds, an HR screening then a panel interview. both of them focused on behavioral and situational questions and weren’t too complex. it’s definitely important to know about the federal reserve

After I applied, the recruiters contacted me via email stating g that I needed to contact him asap (that same day the email was sent) for a quick call and a couple of questions. We connected that same day for what turned out to be a phone screen. From the tone of the email I received I thought there were follow questions from my application I r resume, but it was a phone screen.
