It was a pretty straightforward and standard process. Met with the manager for about 20mins and was asked standard interview questions. Received a call the next day with hiring decision.

It was great. They were interested in what I could offer the team. This is a small business and therefore it is clear they need a plugged in staff. It is clear they do not hired over hire so they can pay the employees more hourly and in commission.
