Unprofessional experience My written test was not sent at the original scheduled time (which was during business hours so I had to reschedule for the next day). HR forgot to send it. I was asked for my references BEFORE receiving an offer which is a waste of my references' time. After not being contacted by the date that the hiring manager said she would get back to me with a decision I sent a basic follow up email which was ignored. I was given a rejection note 3 weeks after the original decision date. It's better not to set a timeline with a candidate if you don't intend to stick to it. Overall, it was an unprofessional experience and discourages me from applying here again. It's disheartening that they don't show candidates respect for their time and effort. Especially during a pandemic when job searching is difficult.

By Skype 3 person panel, about 45 minutes of questions in French and English. Excellent process, very professional HR. Invitation to interview came shortly after submission of application and deadline to apply had passed. Communications were clear, direct, and civil. Process was explained at all stages. Decision was rendered quickly and delivered.
