I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Felins USA (Milwaukee, WI) in Aug 2022
Interview
Felins prides themselves on being very selective of who joins their team. The interview process involves multiple coffee style interviews with your direct team members. Then, an all-day in office interview with various department leaders and teams, before a final interview with the CEO and your direct advocate. It is important to them that you "fit in" and are consistent. Afterwards, they all meet together to have a private discussion about whether they feel you are a good fit for the team. During the 4-5 interviews you will have on this day, you can expect everyone to be mostly friendly and excited to have you.

Question 1
They will ask all sorts of questions expected and unexpected. Nothing is meant to be tricky. Expect mostly questions aimed at learning about your personality, interests, and work ethic.

Interview
Extremely cumbersome and drawn out. One of THE absolute worst experiences interviewing ever. The asked increasingly inappropriate questions about your background, finances, and lifestyle. Be prepared to be dragged through the slog of multiple unorganized unstructured interviews with job roles irrelevant to yours. Reporting structure discussed made no sense and pay range was nearly $30k BELOW average. If you want to feel like you need a shower after a conversation, then this is the right company for you.
