Three stage process. first stage was on Teams and flexible with arranging times outside of current working hours, second stage, in-person with the chance to see the facilities and staff, third stage was when an offer was made in person and more specific to the role.

1st stage was with the Managing Director which was very conversational and positive.
Final stage was with the Operations Manager and HR Manager which was competency based and conversational.
