It was an on-campus internship placement, but the process was weird. They told us it was going to be three rounds: technical aptitude, GD, and HR rounds. But they did not conduct anything other than technical aptitude, which they did not evaluate. They called us for GD but did not conduct it. Instead, they asked who wanted to do digital marketing and selected just those students!!! Why even conduct software development if they only want digital marketing?

It was an long 5hrs process but their isn't any order for the interview process. There is an aptitude round, technical and managerial round. Although what ever you do best there you need sacrifice your three month of free training for their company and then after the training period your ctc will be 8k-10k. But the staff are very nice especially the administrator she's very kind and very open to talk.
