Fengate interview questions

Contacted by a recruitment firm to discuss my level of interest. It was a typical intake call, where the recruiter learned about my experience. I wasn’t actively looking however if I know someone or I hear something that does capture my attention, I am happy to have the conversation. Recruiter was good, I felt the role wasn’t what I was looking for and in turn, thought it was clear our conversation concluded. A few weeks later I received a decline. A bit awkward as I declined them, but that’s ok.

- 3 interviews (HR, AVP FP&A, SVP Finance) - Very friendly and welcoming interviewers - Timely in providing next steps and feedback - Focused on understanding if I was the right “fit” for the company rather than solely expertise. There was an excel test to determine that part along with my resume of past experience.
