You basically have to just be awake for this interview..the people that interview you are forced to do so and not trained to do it..You basically have zero competition most of the time even though they may lead you to believe otherwise because they are incapable of finding candidates.

Met with 2 managers, interview went well with typical describe a time questions. Felt that once I met the manager that I was judged by my age and they went through the motions of interviewing me for a job I wasn’t about to get.
