I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Ferguson (Los Angeles, CA) in July 2014
Interview
Excellent interview with a professional and intelligent interviewer. He told me a great deal about the company and the training plan and course of the initial period of employment. I left the interview feeling very good about the company and hoping I will get an offer. I am looking forward to getting on with a large company that has the ability to hire for a career track position.
Video first, this was super awkward and my first time doing it but I got through to a phone interview. Phone second- the interviewer was nice but really awkward and then I got awkward. Ferguson is still great.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Ferguson in Jan 2019
Interview
Phone interview with three people and then in person interview. Background and drug test and waited about a month to start the job. Over all a relaxed and easy interview.
Applied in person a while back, made some phone interviews and then the final step was a sit-down and talk about previous experiences and some of your strengths and weakness. They also ask about what you like to do in your free-time and things you like doing outside of work, they want to know a lot about who you are what you do for fun. The interview process is pretty average and normal compared to other companies and sales job offerings. I enjoyed speaking with some of the employees and some of the managers at the office. The cultural and the overall atmosphere is laid back and a very comfortable place to work. Fergurson is a great company with really nice employees, they have many different stages of interviews depending on the type of position you are applying for. The interview was average and the interview process is pretty average.
