After you submit your application online, the department manager will reach out to you via one of the methods you put in your application to schedule an in-person interview. It is generally more relaxed of an interview, but it still consists of the usual question session.

I interviewed with a panel of administration personal who displayed deep care for their students and community. I felt comfortable and excited to engage in the question-answer process. I used the DeKalb job fair to sign up for an interview slot. They were not hiring for the position I was looking for, but they still took the time to get to know me.
