The first two interviews were with HR then with former hiring manager. Questions asked were standard: tell me about yourself and behavioral questions. HR then informed me that in order for me to proceed I had to take a Watson-Glaser exam as well as 3 personality assessment exams. Watson-Glaser is an exam given to lawyers who are applying at a law firm. The exam is difficult if you have never taken it. Not only will you have to prepare and study for it but I kept getting an error message that I could no log into it. Had to contact their support team and after several days of waiting I was able to finally get into the Watson-Glaser exam. Total waste of time. I was not given the job, and I was not given a reason why. My guess is the score in the exam was not what they wanted. In short, anytime a company wants you to jump through all these hoops to land a mediocre job that you're over qualitied for.... DO NOT PROCEED. This company will waste your time and energy. There are plenty of other companies that don't make you go through the rigmarole.
