Festool Group interview questions

I had three phone/video interviews with different people throughout the company. One was my direct boss, one was the former boss and the last was the VP of sales. After that I had an in-person final interview with what would have been my boss.

Welcoming interview environment in their HQ Office in Indiana. Had a thirty minute conversation with the Head of Sales and talked about past experience, my passion and long-term goals. Afterwards a tour throughout the facility is given and introduced to future colleagues.
