I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Fetch (Chicago, IL) in Aug 2021
Interview
Fetch made the decision to come on board extremely simple. Within a few weeks of applying I was able to meet with business leaders across the organization and interview them as well. The whole process was swift and rather informal.

Question 1
Tell me about a time a deliverable to a client missed the mark.
How do you manage multiple priorities at once?
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Fetch (Chicago, IL) in Apr 2021
Interview
Initial phone screening, followed by weeks of waiting, followed by 9+ calls with different team members with lots of waiting in between, followed by more waiting, followed by extreme lack of response, followed by ghosting from the company.
It's unfortunate how poorly this company operates. It's clear from the outside looking in that there is zero accountability here. The older guy (I won't mention his name) running their recruitment is such a bad representation to the company it's actually a bit comical. I interviewed having over 9+ calls, all positive feedback, and more than qualified for the role. No hard feelings if they decided to go in a different direction, but to ghost your candidates is simply unacceptable. The complete lack of respect for the candidate's effort/time deserves a response at a minimum. Again, this is a clear representation of the lack of accountability at this company, and likely how they treat their current employees. If you are thinking of interviewing here, do yourself a favor and keep them on the "back burner".

Question 1
Tell me about your experience...
What do you know about Fetch?
Thank you for the feedback, and we are sorry this was your experience and takeaway from Fetch. We prioritize transparency, accountability, autonomy and speed at Fetch. While we achieve this as a whole, in this case we missed the mark. We are confident the issue internally has been addressed. Thank you for bringing it to our attention.
