Te dejan de dar seguimiento, durante la entrevista me mencionaron que iba a avanzar a la siguiente fase y de la nada un correo automático rechazándome, muy mal manejo de proceso, te ghostean

assestment test di difficoltà totalmente sproporzionata rispetto al ruolo e alle competenze richieste. 34 domande in 1 ora, ragionamento matematico, inductive e comprensione del testo. Interview condotta interamente in inglese nonostante la posizione sia in Italia per mercato italiano.
2 Calls and a task that I needed to present in another meeting. I wasn't interviewd by the HR but by my potential future team. Given that, it was pretty easy to answer all their questions.
