I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Fever in June 2025
Interview
I had an initial 30min screening call with HR which was good and helpful to understand more about the role and company. I then had to do psychometric tests, which felt strange for the role and experience level. After passing those I did 2 case interviews - I was told I did very well in the first one, passed through to the second one later that week and then received a very generic rejection email with no feedback but which stated if I wanted feedback they'd be happy to give it. I replied promptly, requested feedback and followed up on this request a few days later but have not heard anything but instead received a request from them for feedback on the interview process!
Very disappointed, having been excited by the prospect of working at the company and having had a good impression of the interviewers. To have made it that far down the process and dedicated multiple hours to it should automatically mean a personal rejection email or call and specific feedback
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Fever (Paris) in Mar 2025
Interview
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Pourquoi Fever ?
