Scotty tries to be different, unconventional. He comes across as being too busy to talk to you but deigns to talk to you anyway. Not worth your time, run away.
I applied in-person. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Feynman Group (Eugene, OR) in July 2014
Interview
The first interview was actually a first and second interview; I first had an interview with the CEO (!), reportedly for team fit, then a day or two later with two of the technical team leads. Somewhat informal. Technical interview was not overly in depth. I believe I lost points, or possibly lost out entirely, for fumbling over the quoted question (from the technical interview).

Question 1
If a team member came to you with a question that you could not answer -- in a field you have no background in -- what would you do?

Interview
Owner asked irrelevant questions about whether I liked pizza and what my favorite movie was to try and get a feel for me as he is not at all technical. He expects you to wear a tie and is fairly rude and brusque. He also told me that he doesn't bother to read resumes as everyone lies on them anyways. He fixated on the fact I wasn't wearing a tie during my original interview and refused to talk about anything else.
