Answered an ad craigslist, got a call within a few days for an interview the same week. Asked about stuff on my resume, education, any previous sales experience and future goals. Had a one on one interview then the interviewer spoke with his boss who then interviewed me again asked the same sort of questions, offered a job on the spot.
