I applied through other source. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Ficstar Software (Markham, ON) in Jan 2016
Interview
Quick and straightforward. Just interviewed with the owner. Beats the typical multi-interview process at larger companies. He doesn't take long to make decisions which is great too. We talked for a bit and then there was a programming test. The test was to create a program that did something with text. It was well described so there was no guesswork involved.

Question 1
Owner is a smart, technical guy. I remember technical questions and a programming assignment. The assignment was actually one of the better ones. Relevant and didn't take long.

Interview
After a brief phone interview with the CEO for us to get a sense of each other, I was invited to their office for a technical interview and to meet the team. The primary challenge was straightforward: I had to demonstrate my ability to write tests for code and develop a solution to a problem based on those tests.
