One of the funnest, most laid back but informative and challenging interviews I've ever been on. I was called in and sat down with an operations manager for about an hour. We spent the first 10 minutes going over my background and qualifications. Next 10 minutes explaining who the company was, their history and what the position would entail. The next 30-40 minutes was spent asking in depth questions about personality traits, life/career goals and marketing knowledge.
The cool thing about the questions, even though they were difficult, was that I could tell that they were designed to find someone that will be more of an asset to the company's growth, rather than just the revenue through marketing.
Was called back a week later to hang out with the marketing department, see the operating systems and entire client portfolio.
Still am waiting to see if I have been offered the position.
This company hires for many different positions becuase they have a lot of different clients and a lot of different roles which was also a good sign for me becuase it backed up the information I was given about the company's growth.
