Interview
Had a phone interview with recruiter and then an in person interview a couple of days later. The phone interview took about 20 minutes, it was basic questions relating to what made me apply and how my skills aligned with the role. The in person interview was a series of behavioral questions; normal interview questions. It's a phone based role, so it all has to do with dealing with customers over the phone and providing customer service.
