I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Fidelity Payment (London, England) in May 2021
Interview
Phone call then brought into the office for an face to face interview. After a successful phone call had to chase up multiple times to confirm a in person interview. Welcoming and friendly once I arrived. After the interview was promised a response and/or feedback which they never gave. tried contacting them back and was hung up on and ignored multiple times. disappointing treatment of candidates who weren't successful and unprofessional handling of the situation .

Interview
Easy going phone call, although the initial process took long, which to be fair was partly due to the pandemic. I had to remind the recruiter several times about any updates to my status, and unfortunately had threw me under the bus towards the end as I received no feedback. Which was weird as this person displayed professionalism and politeness in the beginning.

Interview
I had a preliminary phone call with Alex the recruiter and she was lovely and helpful. She explained the interview process and was great at keeping me updated. At the end of our preliminary phone call she asked if I would like to come and visit the office and to have an interview. I had an interview with one of the Team Leaders and another member of staff. At the end of the interview they said they would get in touch if we had been successful and give us a job offer. If we weren’t successful they said they would also get in touch and give us feedback as they know how important it is - but they never got in touch at all. Not very impressed.
