I applied in-person. I interviewed at Fifth Group Restaurants
Interview
Saw the sign outside the building and walked in with my resume, they greeted nicely and gave me a questionnaire to fill up, then I was personally interviewed by one of the managers, really nice and polite by the way.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Fifth Group Restaurants (Atlanta, GA) in Mar 2016
Interview
I emailed my resume to the address listed in the job posting. Within two days I received a phone call from a manager asking me when I could schedule to come in for an interview and a date was set. I arrived at the restaurant two hours before opening time and sat down for a one-on-one interview with a manager. After answering some basic personality, availability and experience questions and reviewing my resume, I was asked to come in for a second "group" interview in two days. During this interview I briefly spoke with current employees about myself and my work experience. I received a job offer the next day and began working within the week.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Fifth Group Restaurants (Atlanta, GA) in Jan 2013
Interview
First they call you back for a brief phone interview. They also set up a time for you to come in and interview with two of the managers. If you make it this far they then have you come back so the staff can interview you. You come to the shift meeting and listen in, then after the staff will come up one by one or in pairs/small groups and ask you questions. They also ask if you have any questions.
