Applied Thursday night, the next day a recruiter contacted me with and asked me a few questions. Basically a phone interview on the spot asking about previous jobs and why I left, what I liked about them and some behavioral questions. Nothing too difficult. Asked if I could come in for a face to face interview the following Monday. I came in for the interview, was interviewed by two people. More behavioral questions. Make sure to ask the interviewers questions!!! I think that really helped me stand out. Have conversations with them. It was really laid back, not intimidating at all.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you had to tell a customer difficult information
Tell me about a time you suggested a change at your previous job
Tell me about a time you witnessed coworker dishonesty and what did you do
It was an in person interview with the branch manager. A lot of the questions were behavioral and focused on how you approach certain situations. The hiring process did not take a long time and I heard back the following week.

Question 1
Tell me about a time when you disagreed with your supervisor/colleauges?
Really simple and easy going . They give a good breakdown of things that they expect of you and are super flexible as far as like promotion chances . It was a good interview even though I had like 3 interviews and it took a like almost 4 months before I got hired on
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Fifth Third in June 2023
Interview
First, there was a brief phone call with the recruiter (to discuss pay expectations and provide a brief explanation of your previous experience), followed by an in-person interview directly with the manager.

The questions in the in-person interview were mostly behavioral. For example, tell me about a time when you disagreed with your team, what is your greatest strength, etc.
