I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Fifth Third in Feb 2010
Interview
The recruiter hit the nail on the head. I asked to be interviewed for a customer service position. She said due to my background I would make the interviewer nervous about HER job. Made it clear throughout the interview that I'm much more interested in working for her, not taking her job. What happened? She pushed me off to another branch to interview for a different position in sales. Not what I want at all. How do you expect to hire talent if you're too afraid of it? I don't want the big title anymore because I've already had that -- along with all of the stress and zero time with my family that went along with it. No thank you.

It was an in person interview with the branch manager. A lot of the questions were behavioral and focused on how you approach certain situations. The hiring process did not take a long time and I heard back the following week.

Question 1
Tell me about a time when you disagreed with your supervisor/colleauges?
Really simple and easy going . They give a good breakdown of things that they expect of you and are super flexible as far as like promotion chances . It was a good interview even though I had like 3 interviews and it took a like almost 4 months before I got hired on
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Fifth Third in June 2023
Interview
First, there was a brief phone call with the recruiter (to discuss pay expectations and provide a brief explanation of your previous experience), followed by an in-person interview directly with the manager.

Question 1
The questions in the in-person interview were mostly behavioral. For example, tell me about a time when you disagreed with your team, what is your greatest strength, etc.
