Second interview was situational based. How would you handle this type of situation. How do you feel about doing this aspect of the job description. Overall left knowing what the job was going to look like.

Three step process, First a phone call that went over the basic resume asking if you have an experience in client and customer service. Second interview was with a manager in person at a branch and went into detail about the job and the expectations and what if scenarios. Final round is with the regional manager online.
